I just got this 6900 xt. It comes in its original box and very clean. No scratches. The original owner said it was used for few months.

This easily outperforms rtx 3080 ti. When tuned, it almost performs like stock Rx 6950 xt.

It doesn't have dual bios though but it has RGB header and switch to turn off led. During timespy run, it does touch 80c in stock fan curve.
