MSI MAG Mortar B365M

Motherboard is brand new, never been used (static bag is still sealed with original tape as mobo box never came wrapped)

I believe it was supposed to be for a 8th/9th gen intel test bench however never got around to it. I believe, and forgive my ignorance that this is a Chinese variant of this chipset and though I can't confirm I'm 99% certain the bios is in Chinese. Will it work the same? Idk, I assumed it would.
