There is slight showing of use on the sticker by the track pad but that is it. I had an extra nvme drive inside but it has been removed, while doing this I cleaned and dusted inside. Outside has been wiped down and cleaned also. I upgraded to Windows 11 Pro which is included. Power cord is included with purchase. I am in no use of this laptop any more as I have upgraded.
