I bought this Nintendo 3DS XL in great condition for my son's 14th birthday but his father had bought him the same gift so I intend to resell this and buy him something different that he doesn't already have. It works perfectly includes the stylis and a memory card as well as one game which came with the console whenever I bought it. As mentioned previously it is in great condition. Although it is used it's been taken great care of and you can barley tell that it's used. I have personally tested it out myself and can guarantee that it works perfectly. Although I really, really wanted to keep it for myself, unfortunately I have to resell it in order to get my son a different birthday gift that he hasn't already gotten from someone else. I also have two other games to be sold separately for it but only one comes with the console.
