I am not the original owner of this Zotac RTX 3070. I bought this off OfferUP and I've been using it for the last 6 months. *The card works as intended and I've had no gaming performance issues*. The Zotac logo lights up and can be controlled with Zotac's FireStorm app. 

One caveat I've found is that **the fans are audible when spinning above 60% and are very loud at 100%**. I've been using the FireStorm app to set a manual fan curve. When playing games like League of Legends, the GPU stays quiet, but when I start playing World of Warcraft, the fans start to ramp up and down periodically. 

There's also some noticeable cosmetic damage on the backplate.

I don't have the original packaging, but will make sure the GPU is well secured before shipping.
