It was purchased brand new from a retailer, installed in the system for about 3 weeks and it has been on the shelf since then. I got an upgrade and hence this is no longer needed. Card was not overclocked and was run at stock settings.
The date of purchase is December 2022 and since the warranty is 3 years from MSI, I believe the rest of the warranty( like 2 years and 7 months) will follow through. However, please do your research on this and ensure it is accurate.
