Has not been fully cleaned, however it is functional, I have used it in my rig since I bought it for light gaming, and I have upgraded to the 5800x3D, the plastic it comes in belongs to a different processor, but the box itself is the original 3900x packaging. Works great, lightly overclocked. Original fan not included.
