This was an Amazon Return most likely. I do know it was a return of some kind and as such the box is slightly worn from shipping. It has been tested and there's nothing wrong with the power supply. It does not come with the cable that goes from a wall outlet to the standard power supply plug. I can send one with the psu if it's bought at list price, just let me know beforehand.

I will also give a 30 warranty on this particular part as I know it functions properly.
