This PNY RTX 3090 was my original gaming card. Lightning struck our house and all low voltage equipment was damaged including this card. I RMA'd it and this was the repackaged card I received back. After I got a 4090, this card went to an image generation rig, and then onto my Eight 3090 rig AI rig. As I decommissioned my 3090 AI Rig, I put this card in my Test Bench and it showed Hotspot.

The GPU Core was RePasted. All VRAM, ICs, and Chokes were RePadded.

Temperature before Repasting/Repading: GPU ~94C, Hotspot 105C. Temperature after Repasting/Repading: GPU ~80C, Hotspot ~91C.

VulMem_Test: Eight consecutive Passes - NO MEMORY ERRORS Furmark 1080P w/Artifact Scanner: ~1.5 hours running - NO ARTIFACTS - CARD WAS STABLE at ~186FPS
