This card was purchased aftermarket for an AI Rig. It was used for ~1.5 years in said AI Rig.

Card was showing hotspot. ALL VRAM, IC, CHOKE Thermal PADs replaced. GPU CORE thermal paste cleaned, removed, and refreshed.

Card passed eight VulMem tests with NO ERRORS Card passed over an hour on Furmark 1080P with NO artifacts.

Hot spot still exists, but the card runs without issue. Five minutes sustained on Furmark will see the card throttle from 200FPS to ~177-180TPS and from 350watts to ~330watts. For AI inference, hotspot should never really be experienced. Additionally LACTd in Linux and Afterburner in Windows should see you undervolt the card as well.
