Purchased new in 2022 and used for cryptocurrency mining for less than six months, from approximately April 2022 until Ethereum transitioned away from Proof of Work in September 2022. The system was operated in a clean, climate-controlled environment using mining-oriented settings rather than gaming overclocks. After Ethereum mining ended, the card saw only limited additional use while experimenting with NiceHash before being placed into CC storage. It has now been pulled from storage, inspected and freshly tested prior to sale.
