Pulled from a working system that was using an RTX 4090 and Intel 285K CPU a few months ago and has no been in use since then. Was used with Cablemod cables, which are NOT included. While In the system, I ran a maximum Power Consumption test using OCCT and did not hear any noise or whine. Only includes the power supply and NOTHING ELSE, no cables, no box.
