Both are included with their original boxes. Verified working - replacing only because I upgraded. The processor will come seated in the motherboard, since I figure it's the safest place for it. If you'd like me to put the process back in its original box, I can do so before shipping - just let me know. In either case I will send the processor box along with it for you to keep.
