Purchased back in July of 2022 from an Ebay listing the seller did not give me much info. It was received in poor condition. Writing on the side of the it and the box itself had clear indications of being purchased either in bulk or from a mining farm of some sort.

Further inspection of it only led to a pretty sad review the card had been in previously. General dust buildup on the outside and farms themselves were pretty rough. Disassembled the entire cooling shroud incase I should need to consider returning it but overall no physical damage to the board was present.

While disassembled I did my pest to polish the entire shroud and clean the internals. Replaced the thermal pads for the device and followed up with a re-paste as well and since then just took general care of the device. I had intended to use Nvidia's GeForce Experience software to overclock the card but kind'a ran out of patience waiting for it to tune and knowing this model from my understanding already has a OC profile set in place out of the box I let it be like that instead.

I just went to check thinking warranty was not active but turns out it is! Listed start date of: 2021-01-20 Listed end date of: 2024-01-20

Helps me at least pin point that the card is roughly two years old.

There is a test bench I ran recently before removing the card from the system I just have yet to edit out the audio. I was running the capture while watching Gamer's Nexus video lol you can hear the entire video play while the test bench is running.
