This is one of WD's enthusiast/performance VelociRaptor drives. The actual drive uses a 2.5-inch form factor and is installed in WD's large IcePack heatsink/mounting assembly, allowing it to mount like a standard 3.5-inch drive while providing additional cooling.

The drive has been tested and verified functional prior to listing. CrystalDiskInfo reports a Good SMART health status.
