I purchased this approximately 5 years ago directly from EVGA as a B-Stock refurbished item. It was mainly used for light gaming. It has just been sitting here in a box for the past year. It's a very clean card.

You can easily swap out the mounting brackets for use in both low profile and full height cases. The heatsink is massive and requires the width of 2 expansion slots. Additional PCI-e power not required.
