This is a proprietary Dell OEM part designed strictly for LGA 1200 Dell motherboards. It is built to thread directly into the chassis standoffs integrated into specific Dell computer cases, so I don't think it will fit standard PC motherboards unless you get some additional hardware to make it compatible.
