For reference: comparable brand-new parts run ~$940 on PCPartPicker — over $1,000 out the door once tax is added (the 12900KS alone is ~$475 new right now, with DDR4 badly inflated by the current memory shortage). This is a tested, ready-to-run combo at $579— well under new.
