Still in the manufacturers box, also including a "Shure RK345 Black Replacement Windscreen for SM7 Models". The RK345 Windscreen does fit the microphone but not snug, easily can be taken off and swap out with another one or the stock MV7 foam windscreen.

Got a new microphone, so wasn't needing the MV7 anymore, it's been used for a year, or a little less. Still in great working condition, nothing wrong with it at all.

If sold, you will receive the MV7, 1/4 inch thread adapter that came with the microphone and SHURE RK345 Black replacement windscreen.
