Per G.SKILL specs, this kit features DDR5-6400 speed (PC5-51200), 64GB capacity (2 x 32GB modules), CL32-39-39-102 timings, 1.4V voltage, 288-pin DIMM form factor, and Intel XMP 3.0 support. It uses matte black aluminum heatspreaders in a low-profile design. This SKU is marketed for Intel XMP, and G.SKILL's QVL validates it only on Intel boards. The XMP profile can often be loaded on compatible AMD AM5 motherboards or the speed/timings matched manually, but AMD compatibility is not guaranteed by G.SKILL.

Compatibility / Technical Notes

This kit ships with an Intel XMP 3.0 profile. For best results, enable the XMP profile in BIOS to reach the rated overclock speed. This kit is marketed for Intel XMP, and G.SKILL's QVL validates it only on Intel boards. On compatible AMD AM5 systems, the XMP profile can often be loaded directly or matched manually, but AMD compatibility is not guaranteed by G.SKILL. Maximum memory speed and system stability depend on the capability of the motherboard, CPU, and BIOS. The memory kit will boot at the SPD speed when BIOS settings are at default. Please confirm your motherboard's qualified vendor list (QVL) for this kit before purchasing.
