Selling a used Kingston NV2 M.2 2280 2TB PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe Internal Solid State Drive, model SNV2S/2000G.

It was used only for storing backup files and was not used as a daily read/write workload drive, OS drive, scratch disk, cache drive, mining drive, or heavy-use storage drive.

The drive has been fully formatted before listing and is ready for the buyer to initialize, partition, format, clone to, or install an operating system onto as needed.

The drive does not include a heatsink. It is the bare M.2 2280 NVMe SSD only.

Per Kingston / Newegg specs, this model features a 2TB capacity, M.2 2280 form factor, PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe interface, and sequential performance listed up to 3,500 MB/s read and up to 2,800 MB/s write for the 2TB NV2 model. Kingston also lists the 2TB model with 640TB TBW endurance, 0°C to 70°C operating temperature, and a compact design intended for desktops, laptops, small form factor systems, and DIY builds.

Condition

Functional: Pulled from a working professional workstation with no known functional issues.

Compatibility Notes

This is an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD. Buyer should confirm that their motherboard, laptop, enclosure, or workstation supports M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe drives.

This drive is compatible with PCIe Gen 4 platforms and can also operate in compatible PCIe Gen 3 systems, subject to the host device’s supported speeds and BIOS/firmware compatibility.

If your system requires an SSD heatsink, thermal pad, mounting screw, or motherboard-specific cover, those must be supplied separately.
