Condition & Testing Details:

Status: Passes POST and boots into Windows successfully.

Functional Confirmation: I can hear the Windows startup sound and the driver reset "ding" (Win+Ctrl+Shift+B).

Intermittent Signal: The card has successfully displayed a signal briefly before going dark, confirming the GPU core and VRAM are operational.

Issue: Currently produces no display output from ports.

Physical: Clean card, fans spin freely, excellent shroud condition. Never used for mining.
