Was bought refurbished on eBay w/ light use and had a pair of scratches on the left edge of the console (not on the screen), along with a small amount of faint markings consistent with a used console. There's been no change in the console's condition in the 2 years that I've used it (went from medium usage for the first year to light, then non-existent usage recently.)

The serial number under the kickstand doesn't match the one the console displays, and that's likely related to this being a refurbished product.
