So this was in working condition when removed from a customers computer. The issue I have with it is ARGB #5 port. The persons ARGB plug had excess insulation not allowing it to fit correctly, so they used a razor knife and cut out some plastic molding to make their ARGB plug fit. SEE PICTURES.
