This 1TB Samsung 990 EVO plus SSD was my personal drive as a portable drive for moving programs for new builds. I do not need such an aggressive drive for moving simple programs. It was used for about a year, I had almost 1gb of data on it. There were about 100-200 transfers on it's life. Samsung magician still shows it as 100%. I would have complete confidence in this drive if I were to be buying it for my mother.
