This is a kit of two sticks of Corsair RGB Light Enhancements.

This is NOT RAM. These are simply to fill empty DDR4 DIMM slots for aesthetic purposes.

There is a slight dent on one stick as shown in photos, this does not affect operation and is unnoticeable when plugged in.

These work as intended and are a great addition to any build! Especially great in this market where good looking RAM can be hard to find.
