This is a Nvidia GTX 1660 GPU. Functionality, it is a 10 out of 10. Cosmetically, I give it an 8. There is some discoloring on the black plastic, but it's hard to see when installed in a PC. Please look at all the pictures to see it. This was caused by a cleaning chemical overspray that reacted with the black plastic.
The old thermal paste was removed and cleaned, and repasted with Arctic MX-5. The thermal pads were in great shape, so they were reused. The card was tested after reassembly, and it passed effortlessly. Discounted because of the discolored plastic.
