These parts have been in use since q3 2022. It was used for 3d design work and gaming regularly for the first year and has been used much less in the last 2. The cpu has had a contact frame in place since it was assembled to prevent any warping of the IHS (a known issue for lga 1700 cpus over time, since mounting the contact frame performance and temperatures have been consistent). It was cooled with a noctua nh-D15 and has had its thermal paste changed twice. Temperatures while gaming have always been a nice 67c with over 100 watts of power draw. Under heavy workloads (like shader compilation) around 180 -200 watts temps would stay under control in the mid to high 70s c. Air cooling is plenty sufficient thanks to contact frame.

The ram is a kit of 64gb corsair vengeance 3200hz. The motherboad is the Asus Tuf z690 plus D4. This board has great storage capacity expansion with 4 nvme gen 4 slots and 4 sata ports. You will need to add a wifi card if ethernet is not enough for you.

This has been a great system, very stable and reliable. I keep my tech very clean and take a lot of care to maintain good thermals to keep things running like they did on day 1.

The only reason I am making this listing to sell it is because I had a plan to sell it to friend that fell through last minute on his end but I had already taken all these parts out and purchased an upgrade for my system. Besides a few superficial blemishes on the IO shield this system could be new.

I have the orginial box it shipped in as well as the anti static bag it came in. The only things I dont have are the user manual (the pdf is available for download from Asus) and the original ILM (independent locking mechanism) since it was replaced with the contact frame. I recommend leaving the frame in place and buying a dual tower air cooler for this cpu.
