Important - Please Read Before Purchase:
During my repair of this card, solder inadvertently contacted the PCIe fingers. I buffed the residue down to the nickel layer beneath the gold plating to eliminate corrosion. As a result, this GPU operates at PCIe x8 bandwidth rather than the full x16. Most titles see minimal performance loss at x8, though some are hit harder than others. For this reason, I recommend pairing it with a PCIe 4.0-capable motherboard and CPU. This limitation is reflected in the reduced pricing.

For reference, here is a comparison video for the RTX 3080 between PCIe 3.0 and 4.0. Since PCIe 4.0 x8 is equivalent to PCIe 3.0 x16 in bandwidth, focus on the FPS differences between those configurations. The video covers a more powerful card, but the performance scaling should still be applicable.

Gold replating is cost-prohibitive for a card at this price point, and I cannot guarantee full x16 functionality even if you choose to have it replated elsewhere.
