- Phyzx PC’s LLC offers a 12-month limited warranty on parts and a 24-month limited warranty on labor for hardware-related issues and defects from the original software or operating system installation. If a component fails within the first 12 months, we will handle the RMA process with the manufacturer. Phyzx PC’s LLC will cover all labor involved in diagnosis and replacement during the 24-month labor coverage period. Customers are responsible for shipping the defective part or PC to our HQ, and Phyzx PC’s LLC will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced unit back to the customer.
- This warranty does NOT cover damage due to misuse, accidents, electrical issues, or any hardware/software modifications performed by the customer after delivery. Third-party repairs, overclocking, or installation of unsupported components will also void the warranty.
Returns accepted within 7 days
- Buyer can return this item
- Buyer must return item within 7 days of delivery
- Buyer must pay a restocking fee of 20%
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition
