This GPU does operate, but not at full speed. This card is factory overclocked. If you run it at the listed speed you may get a black screen. If you underclock the card to original 980Ti speeds, it works fine.

I used this card for a month this way and it was still fast.

I have not opened the GPU and it is fairly clean.
