Known Sparkle B580 revving "Spool Click" sound as shown in this reddit post (Not my post)

HOW TO FIX THIS SOUND
In the Intel Graphics Command Center software for the B580, Navigate to Performance and then, at the top, click on Tuning. Then, in Fan & Thermal Tuning, click on Advanced.
At this point, you can set your fan curves how you'd like, however the issue with the click happens only when your system is running with the fan curves set BELOW the dotted line. So whenever your GPU is at it's lowest use. To fix this, I had to bring any points that were placed below the dotted line and set them directly on that line. I believe it was only the first 2 points that were placed below. Once I raised those 2 points to the dotted line, the sound never happened again. This happened to me out of the box and I don't believe Intel had released any drivers to fix it, and I'm not sure if they could.
Now this sound had no effect on performance and I'm unsure if the clicking, if left unfixed, will cause damage to the GPU.
It was just very annoying.
