- Returns or claims are accepted within 3 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation). Returns are only eligible if the item arrives damaged, defective or not as described. Any issues must be reported through Jawa within the 7-day buyer protection period.
- Shipping damage must be documented with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. Damage caused by misuse, modifications, improper handling, or overclocking is not covered.
- Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or compatibility issues. Issues reported after the 3-day window may not be eligible for a return or refund.
