This CPU cooler came from a client’s build, which I recently upgraded to a Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black to better match his black/white theme. This particular NH-D15 performed exceptionally well — it kept his Ryzen 7 9800X3D cool with ease while staying extremely quiet thanks to the two premium Noctua NF-A15 140mm fans.
The cooler was installed for only about 6 months and saw light, occasional usage. One of the two fans was never installed in his system, so one fan is completely brand new, while the other has very minimal use.
Condition Note:
During shipping to me, UPS mishandled the package and a small section of fins on one corner was bent. I carefully straightened them as much as possible. It’s not cosmetically perfect, but the damage is minor and does not affect cooling performance or noise levels at all. I’ve included clear photos of the affected corner so you know exactly what to expect (See photos 5-7).
