This Valve Index Full Kit includes the headset, base stations, controllers, and mounts (3rd party with wall mounting hardware), repackaged in the original box as neatly and as close to OEM as possible. The headset itself is in great condition: no dead pixels, no lens scratches, and an undamaged trident cable.

(Headset was replaced by Valve via warranty around 2 years ago).

Cable clip on the back did fall off, but was replaced with a Velcro strap, functionating virtually the same. Both base stations work. Controllers are in great condition, no stick drift. Headset was used on and off for the past 3 years. Has barely been used this past year. Everything has been tested to work before listing. The entire kit has been cleaned and sanitized during repackaging. Facial gasket has been replaced with a fresh one and spare one is included (packaged behind the headset).
