DDR5 32GB, vengeance 16gb 6400mt/s, dominator platinum 16gb 5200MT/s

I tried both ram sticks in my pc and wont boot.

the vengeance ram wont boot or light up.

the dominator booted one time I played some games, and now it wont boot. it lights up but just shows dram. the label got rubbed off from cleaning, but its 16gb 5200mt

I bought them as used ram, both were non working when I got them. maybe someone with better knowledge might be able to use the chips or something.
