Very lightly used for about a year, has worked great the entire time!

All original accessories still in the box, including PCIe slot cover and HDMI/DP connector covers! Also still within Gigabyte's warranty period, can provide original purchase receipt if necessary.

Dent in the box is from when I first got the card, no damage to the card itself.
