Parts Purchase Program Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, “Part” refers to an individual item submitted to Jawa through the Parts Purchase Program, including (but not limited to) graphics cards (GPUs) and processors (CPUs). “Parts” refers to such items collectively.

General Terms

All determinations with respect to Part offer value assigned after its inspection are made in Jawa's sole discretion, will be accepted as final, and are not negotiable.

Parts submitted must be shipped from the United States only - you must have a physical address located in the United States to receive any trade-in credit. Products shipped from outside the United States may not be accepted or returned.

Part offer is valid for 14 days from issue date - if shipped after the 14 day offer period, Jawa reserves the right to cancel your offer or modify it to the current offer value.

Part Acceptance Condition

Parts sent to Jawa must be in working condition and arrive as the same model or manufacturer offer is quoted for.

You agree that you shall be solely responsible for the arrival condition of the Part. Part must be packaged properly and securely to ensure it is delivered to Jawa without any damages - any damage from improper packaging is your responsibility and may impact your offer value.

Acceptance Period

Part must be shipped within (14) days of shipping label issuance or quoted offers will become invalid.

A period of no less than (1) business day is given for inspection and verification of Part functionality once received by Jawa or partnered facilities.

Non-Acceptance

Parts that fail Jawa's inspection or are otherwise considered unacceptable for any of the reasons listed below will be returned.

Parts that arrive in a hazardous, non-functioning, damaged, or infested condition not caused in transit to Jawa will be rejected and disposed of within (3) business days if no response to return shipping requests. Return shipping costs will be at your expense and not covered by Jawa.

Jawa reserves the right to require payment of the return shipping costs before returning any Part.

Part Shipping

You agree to ship the Part to the address provided within (14) days of receiving a shipping label. If the Part is not shipped within (14) days of the date on which the label was provided to you, then Jawa has the right to revise or cancel the quote.

Jawa will provide a prepaid shipping label for the shipment of your Part to our facilities.

All costs associated with the packaging of your Part and, if applicable, the shipping and handling costs to return the Part are your sole responsibility.

Title and Risk of Loss

You affirm and guarantee that you have the legal authority to sell all the Parts you submit through the Parts Purchase Program, that the devices are not counterfeit or stolen, and that your submission adheres fully to the Program Terms. Jawa does not take ownership or assume the risk of loss for Parts submitted unless such Parts are received and accepted.

Transfer of Ownership

Upon Jawa's reception and acceptance of the Part, you hereby agree to relinquish all rights and ownership of the Part to Jawa, in exchange for the valuation offered to you.

Release of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release Jawa, its subsidiaries, and affiliates from any liability arising from or related to the transfer of the Part. This includes, but is not limited to, any liability associated with the shipment of the Part, the evaluation and assessment of the Part (including the corresponding valuation) conducted by Jawa, and the unavailability of the Part after it has been accepted by Jawa.
