How I came to this price:

I used this used parts website: to find the total cost of each component currentlly on the used market it only does euros so I had to convert.

I am adding the extra on top because the Formd T1 is a rare case that goes for 215 new reatail so In adding it I raised the price those of you that are into the sff community would under stand this..

Additionally the Phantex T30 goes for $100 for 3 so and there are 2 in this system.

The Cooler is $80 reatail so I am factoring that in.

orignal packaging included allthough I didn't really factor that in just mentioning it.

Had to factor in the price of the memory.

The website didn't have the above things included so I had to guesstimate.

When factoring the 707 euro price (site only does euros) the website used estimates for the things it didnt have data on i.e. the storage, cooler, and case.

I am willing to negotiate price but it would need to be fair. I believe considering all of the above this is pretty fair.
