This gently used printer does operate but WILL NOT PRINT. I have done several power cycles and was unable to get a print job. When you print or copy the paper comes out blank. This would be great for someone who needs parts or would try deeper diagnose. There is no cracked or broken plastic or glass. It does come with 4 bottles of ink and the power cord. It dose connect wifi or usb (no usb cable included) could use ad deeper clean inside the print has a little dust (Free of Charge). This is from smoke free home. NO WARRANTY, NO REFURNS OR RETURNS YOU ARE BUYING FOR PARTS AS IS UNLESS YOU CAN FIGURE OUT PRINTING BLANK PAGES.
