It has a warranty at least through 8/28/2028 per gigabytes warranty checker. A digital receipt and printed gift receipt will be provided upon request. (I cannot guarantee any warrantee as it is Gigabyte's and this is an open-box product but Bestbuy normally fills any gaps).

I have personally tested the product (see video) and find that it has 1. full ROPS and 2. operates as expected with no errors.
