From my personal pc, works well, there are only a few traces of thermal paste on some of the heatsink. Windows 11 Pro is already activated and comes included with the motherboard.

It will be shipped in its original box, along with an SSD locker, a SATA cable, a Wi-Fi antenna, and an I/O shield.

I don't currently have any CPUs or RAM for AM5 motherboard, but I do have a CPU cooler, SSD, PSU, etc., if you need them.
