I included a video in the description that could provide some example of the gaming performance of the PC, I don't guarantee such results, but you could use it as something to base on Little details of the PC, when turned on, the fans of the GPU ran up, this only lasts a few seconds, and it isn't something inherately bad. Also, when turned off, the PSU seems to click off, this is also not inherantly bad! When turned on, it will be logged into a Local Account, this means that you just have to put your microsoft account info if you want your info in it, or just keep it like that! The ARGB of all the fans can be controlled through the "LED" button at the top of the case next to the power button! If you want to control fans via software, then just hold the "LED" button for like 10 seconds, then they should turn off its argb and light up again, this means its ready to be controlled by software control!
