We warranty all our computers for one year, including parts and labor, and cover shipping one way if you need service. Suppose something fails outside that year, and you send your system to us for service. The part that has failed is under warranty from the factory. In that case, I will get it replaced for free, at no cost, and you will pay a small labor fee if the one-year warranty of NORTHERN LIGHTS CUSTOMS is up. We keep very detailed records for all parts of our builds. You get a1 customer service, different from a big box store. We are a small SI and plan on keeping it that way so you get one-on-one service.
