Brand new fans in box. Unit was most likely returned with accessories salvaged. Fans have ability to daisy-chain together. Each fan was tested using 4-pin fan connector and each worked perfectly fine. Was not able to test LED functionality since ARGB cable was missing.
NOTE: THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SCREWS FOR FANS OR ARGB EXTENSION CABLE!!!
