Currently Japanese region locked but I am willing and able to take the liberty to mod/region unlock it from my end before shipping if desired for an added fee along with source a larger microSD expansion card and format it/load with games of choice if that is not something you want to do on your own or just want it plug and play when it would arrive.

Cleaned as thoroughly as can but nothing a shell swap also cannot fix which I am more than comfortable to do if desired as well.
