The GPU is new. I could not make it fit in my case so it is opened but it is unused. Everything that came with it is included and I never registered it so you should be able to register and get the full factory support. I will be more than happy to work with you in order to get that working if necessary. If you have questions I am an open book and will gladly answer any questions you have.

Footnote: While I say the card is unused, I did plug it into my test bench prior to finding out it would not fit in my case just to test the card and verify it is not a factory DOA and I can confidently say the card runs very well. Again it was not installed or used in any capacity as a GPU for a computer and for all practical description is brand new!

Please dont make a lower offers as I really cannot afford to lose money on this and I am selling it for what I paid for it.
