This is a new build and has been tested thoroughly, with Windows 11 Pro updates, MSI BIOS updates, as well as Intel Graphics updated drivers. I will have the fresh Windows installed prior to shipping

The reason for the ITX motherboard in this mATX case is because the original Fractal Ridge case for this build was not a great design for optimal cooling and air flow. But this case is phenomenal at cooling the CPU and GPU
