The gpu is loud under load even after repaste

Happy holidays y’all! This GPU was originally intended for one of my builds, but I decided not to go through with it due to the nature of blower-style cards. It games fine and is fully functional, but it does get really loud under load unless the fps is capped at sub 200 fps, which is why I chose not to include it in a build.

The card has been repasted with Arctic MX-4 and fully cleaned. No crashes or artifacts. GPU only, no box.
