Unfortunately I do not have the adapter. I was using a PSU with the included 12v Hpwr cable which you should be using instead of the adapter in my opinion!

Selling because I upgraded to a 4090!

Will ship out double boxed for safety, no longer have the original packaging, but it will be in an anti-static bag and a spare GPU box I had in the closet!
